Hotel and Tourism Management Practical Assessment

20 August 2018 – Have a look at the delicious desserts made by our very own Hotel and Tourism Management students during their practical assessment. The students learned how to bake pastries at the IULI Guest House. They made Choux Paste, Eclairs and White Bread.
