
A Taste of Bali in India
IULI’s head of the Hotel and Tourism Management study program, Mr. Timotius Agus Rachmat was a guest chef at the Hyatt Regency in Kolkata, India. There he presented the delights of Balinese cuisine for the lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch buffet as part of a culinary festival that was initiated by Resource Indica: Roots and Revelations, a company that is dedicated to the promotion of heritage and culture. The company collaborated with the Indonesian embassy and Indonesia Tourism and held the special event from the 9th to 11th of June 2018. Mr. Timotius along with another chef from Indonesia enhanced the Hyatt Regency of Kolkata with the taste and aroma of idyllic Indonesia.
