NEW SPIRIT & NEW SUCCESS AT IULI NEW CAMPUS – ASSOCIATE TOWER, INTERMARK, BSD CITY

BSD City – International University Liaison Indonesia (IULI), in line with IULI’s vision and mission to
provide maximum benefit for our students and optimal campus life, the IULI foundation has decided to
relocate IULI campus to a new place at the 7th Floor, Associate Tower, INTERMARK, BSD City. The New
campus area will ensure our continuing support to provide international education environment that is
suitable, safe and comfortable, which will meet the needs of todays’ modern living, learning and teaching activities.

Furthermore, through IULI strategic partnerships with our partners in Germany as well as in Taiwan, IULI
will continue to widen and strengthen these partnerships as an independent University, with strong
academic and ethical commitment to the society. At the new location, IULI targets to achieve its mission to become an International Private University that can compete nationally and globally.

In this new building at INTERMARK, BSD City, IULI will occupy a strategic location with improved visibility to the public, and hence, supports IULI’s aim to increase its student body in the coming years.
Additionally, adjacent to the new IULI campus, various amenities including stores, bakery and cafes are
available to provide students’ daily needs, as well as the Tuscany Boutique Hotel-Apartment and the
Swiss-Belhotel Serpong, that are also available for students and guests of IULI when needed. We
recognize that IULI students are coming from diverse areas, including many provinces in Indonesia, in and outside Java Island, as well as many international students from abroad. This new place is designed to
provide safety and comfort for all, and suitable as a multicultural and multinational meeting place.

Today, with renewed spirit and hopes, it is our pleasure to announce IULI new campus building which will become the second home to our students. Indeed it will become a place where our students start their journey and build their future, to achieve all of their dreams.

IULI will officially commence its operation in this new location on April 1st 2022, at the 7th floor, Associate Tower, INTERMARK, at BSD City. Although IULI marketing and admission team are already working there in the second week of March 2022, and can be found at the Lobby of the Associate Tower Building.

IULI Team together with the IULI Foundation led by Dr.-Ing. Ilham A. Habibie, MBA, will continue to work
hard to fulfil its vision and mission, and ready to challenge IULI students to achieve their dreams in the
new environment, equipped with a modern, integrated and strategically located Campus area.
