
IULI welcomes its Computer Science students with a Linux Workshop
19 July 2017 – IULI welcomes its first batch of Computer Science students this academic year 2017-2018. Invanos Tertiana, head of the Computer Science study program conducted a pre-semester workshop for the new students about the Linux Program for two days in the 2nd IULI campus, Green Office Park 6, BSD City.
Invanos stated, “This workshop is aligned with the vision of the university to encourage innovation. Linux can be seen as an innovation, that students can gain experience from. It also offers alternatives that can be used by the students to solve many problems.”
The workshop was warmly welcomed by the students and we hope it builds their motivation and enthusiasm for their future in IULI.
