IULI wins Silver Medal at SIAL Interfood Cooking Competition
On 13-14 November 2019, students from the IULI Hotel and Tourism Management (HTM) Study Program joined the SIAL Interfood Cooking Competition at JIEXPO Kemayoran.
Salwa Octaviani Mardi from HTM batch 2016 and Putri Aida Alghifary from HTM batch 2017 along with the Head of Department Mr. Aditya Putra Nova, M.Par performed amazingly at this prestigious event.
The 4 Course Indonesian Gastronomy Competition was finished in 2 hours by Salwa Octaviani Mardi and Mr. Aditya Putra Nova, M.Par and they were awarded a silver medal for their accomplishment.
Furthermore, Salwa Octaviani Mardi was also awarded a Diplome for the Plated Dessert Category. And last, but not least, Putri Aida Alghifary was awarded a diplome for the Junior Pasta Challenge.
